STORM DAMAGE

Much damage and flooding nationwide after last night's storm and rain,

with over 200,000 houses and businesses without electric power.

Waterford Local Radio website gave a good account of the worst of the damage in the county.

Apart from damage to flowers, branches, etc. in own garden,

a 14 metre Eucalyptus tree lost much of it's bark, part of it above.
